Microsoft Copilot is currently utilizing GPT4 as the underlying AI. This same tool will cost you $20/month through OpenAI Plus. I find it is not as quick to respond as Plus, but given a little patience, it returns good results.
If you need the speed of Plus you can upgrade Microsoft Copilot for $20/month for faster response times. I mostly work on the iPhone app but find it works just was well on Safari. It keeps a history of my searches and works in the same conversational way you may be familiar with working in ChatGPT.
