“What would the world be like if it was continuously growing? I mean, that would really mess with gravity …as the earth got bigger gravity would get stronger.”
He is so curious and always has questions like this. The implications of gravity perceptibly changing over the course of a lifetime is a bit profound.
Some of the questions we immediately came up with were: How would it change design and engineering? How would it change daily flights? How would it change space travel? How would it affect nearby meteors or other objects pulled towards earth? Would satellites have to be adjusted every few years to accommodate? Would old buildings eventually crumble due to gravity? How would it affect our bodies? Etc, Etc..
There is no answer, but I really enjoy his questions and curiosity.
